Paper Types

Full Paper (= Refereed Paper)
Refereed papers will be subject to a double blind refereeing process by experts in the field (International Steering Committee). Successful papers will be published in full in the refereed section of the conference proceedings. Papers should have a maximum of 5000 words (including references), and be written in accordance with the guidelines. Submitted papers will be acknowledged on receipt. If the paper is not accepted as a refereed paper, it can still be accepted as a working paper subject to the length restrictions.

Working Paper
Working papers are to be submitted in the form of an extended abstract of up to 1500 words, which will be published in the conference proceedings. Authors will be advised within two weeks of submission if their working paper is suitable for the conference.

Poster
The Organising Committee for the CMT2009 encourages the attendance of postgraduate students in the fields relating to coastal and marine tourism. Thus, although relatively uncommon for tourism conferences, we offer a poster session. Traditionally, posters are the domain of postgraduate students, however, this does not imply that students cannot present working or full papers, and that established researchers and practitioners cannot present posters. Abstracts (up to 250 words) of the posters presented will be included in the conference proceedings.
