CONFERENCE TRANSPORT
The CMT2009 Conference venue is situated within an easy and pleasant walk of all recommended accommodation
(see the Accommodation page)
on the Port Elizabeth beachfront. Therefore no transport is required to move between
accommodation and the conference venue.
Transport betwen the Port Elizabeth airport to the delegate's accommodation on arrival
and departure can be arranged through the accommodation provider,
or alternatively delegates can make use of the many taxis available at the airport.
The Conference Welcome Desk, located at the Port Elizabeth Airport, can assist
in this regard. The beachfront accommodation venues are within 15 minutes drive from the airport.
Delegates who wish to undertake independent travel before, during or after the
conference are advised to reserve and make use of rental vehicles from one of the
rental companies at the Port Elizabeth airport (see the Car Rental page).
